Customer Service Specialist (EN)

Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist in the public sector, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will serve as the crucial link between clients, suppliers, and distribution centers. In this role, you will:

• Manage contracts from A to Z: Ensure the correct execution of our contracts in accordance with agreed terms.
• Handle quotations and orders: Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate reports.
• Drive commercial expansion: Maintain existing contracts while actively identifying opportunities for further business development.
• Work flexibly: Your main workplace will be our offices in Pelt or Brussels, with the option to work remotely. However, regular presence at the office is essential to maintain strong team collaboration.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong organizational skills: A commercial mindset and a customer-oriented approach, enabling you to build long-term relationships.
• Accuracy and patience: A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the procedures within the public sector.
• Affinity with IT: Extensive prior knowledge is not required, but a strong interest in the IT market is essential.
• Language proficiency: You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
• A bachelor’s level of thinking and working: This serves as the foundation for your role in our international environment.
