What’s going to make you stand out:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 10+ years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR, or in a senior HR role – ideally in an international environment with multiple subsidiaries.
• You bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Leadership & People Development, HR Administration, Employment Law, and Performance Management.
• Proven success in organizational development, change management, culture transformation, and digital HR transformation (HRIS, automation, HR analytics).
• Fluent in Spanish and English, strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and strong people skills – you inspire teams, foster collaboration, and create a modern HR culture focused on growth and excellence.
