Inside Sales Public EN

For the Bechtle Group BE Public NV organisation, active on the public market in Belgium, we are looking for a motivated, sales-oriented Inside Sales.   • As an Inside Sales Public, you are the point of contact for our customers in the public sector (governments, schools, hospitals) and you are the intermediate figure between the customer, the supplier, the distribution centres and the field account managers.
  • You map out the IT needs of your customers in order to create a suitable advice and work out an appropriate offer (software/hardware/solutions).
  • You are responsible for the correct execution and follow-up of existing and new contracts in accordance with the contract terms and conditions agreed with the customer. This includes creating product catalogues, setting up webshops, identifying cross- and upsell opportunities, contract reporting, etc.
  • You record the information carefully, you keep an eye on the correct processing of orders in accordance with the quotation and you monitor the delivery times.
  • You maintain contact with customers, suppliers, partners and other specialists in order to unburden the customer.




  • An organisational talent with a commercial outlook. With your customer-oriented approach, we aim for a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • Extensive prior knowledge of IT is not a must, but an interest in IT and knowing what is going on in the IT market is a plus.
  • You are result-oriented and driven to achieve targets, customers are your focus and you can communicate commercially and customer-oriented both verbally and in writing.
  • You have an eye for detail and you are accurate, an important asset in the public market driven by numerous procedures.
  • You have at least a bachelor's level of education and work experience.
  • You will work for an international company and you must be able to express yourself fluently in French and English. A good basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
