Teamlead Onsite Support / Sitemanager Service Delivery (f/m/d)
Your Job
- Supporting the Enterprise Delivery Managers in managing the customer and contract situation
- Technical control of the team with regard to service delivery
- Ensuring service delivery and agreed service levels of customers
- Interface with clients and conduct client and project meetings
- Support the creation of service concepts in cooperation with the Enterprise Delivery Manager and other trade units.
- Escalation management towards customers and involved service units
Your Profile
- Convincing personality with regard to the professional management of own and external units
- Several years of experience in managing operational situations at the interface with customers as well as contractors
- Experience in professional leadership
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness and presentation skills
- Strong customer, solution and service orientation, e.g. in-depth knowledge of workplace services such as service desk, client and application infrastructures
