Junior NOC Engineer - Network and Security (f/m/d)

You flourish in your mission, because:

You keep everything in view – from customer communication via phone, email, or ticket system, to regular status updates and clean documentation across systems in the network and IT-security environment.
With your basic know-how in network/IT-security, you tackle troubleshooting and incident resolution via remote access as part of 1st-level support, and actively share your knowledge within the team.
You handle the pre-qualification and forwarding of tickets to the next support level with care and attention to detail.
You’re the go-to person for your team when it comes to incoming alerts, tickets, or calls – you take them in, process them, and make sure nothing gets lost.
You love diving into data and make sure SLAs are tracked and met by keeping an eye on incoming tickets and reporting.

Your skills? More than interesting:

Completed training or studies in IT/computer science – or a similar qualification
First hands-on experience in networking and IT-security? A big plus!
German language skills a must, English skills definitely a bonus
You’ve got a passion for great customer communication and a strong service mindset
