International Strategic Bid & Contract Manager (f/m/d)

In support of this Bechtle is looking for an International Strategic bid and Contract Manager. Your seniority in the field of international tenders and tender management, combined with contractual activities make you a spider in the web within the International team. On the tender aspect, together with our sales colleagues, you will be the mastermind and co responsible for the translation of our offerings towards our customers’ requirements. On the contracting side you are the commercial hub between our legal resources and the customer. Walking the contract through the whole process and manage it further.

Your Job

• Together we convince new and existing international customers with strategic proposals and by tendering
• You are the project lead and ultimately responsible for the proposal of Bechtle
• You use your writing talent to position Bechtle in a distinctive way
• You will monitor progress and prepare registration documents
• You will carefully study tenders and make estimates with regard to risks and opportunities
• With every proposal you work with a team of specialists and you will strive for maximum output
• You will be a central contact for all contract-related questions for our international customers
• You will manage draft and revisions of contract changes and are the translation between our customers interests and the ones of Bechtle
• You will advise and provide guidance to the various stakeholders in relation to the drafting of contracts and contractual amendments
• You will support and advice on new business opportunities based on the existing contracts
• You will take responsibility for continues improvement, both on the strategic proposal and contractual side

• You are a rock in MS Office Word and Excel

Due to the international nature of this job a good command of the English language is required, both verbally and in writing. Do you speak another language than English? That's an advantage!

Due to the International setup of both the job and the team your residential location is subordinate. You will be offered an employment contract within one of the 14 countries Bechtle operates in. In return we do expect a level of professionalism, and ability to travel for both internal and customer meetings.
