Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to users via phone, email, chat, and client visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure and devices.
- Follow established processes and maintain thorough documentation in the ticketing system.
- Keep detailed records of technical issues and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and continuously enhance technical skills.
- Participate in team meetings and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new IT team members.
- Provide technical input and support during client meetings.
- Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to support daily operations and specific IT projects.
Your skills:
- Experience in supporting end users
- Working with ticketing system
- Knowledge of Windows Client operating systems Windows 10/11 and in the area of client hardware
- Know-how in the area of common MS Office versions
- Customer- and solution-oriented working style
- Proactive and problem-oriented actions as well as escalating in case of problems
- Driving license category B – active driver
- Czech – excellent, English – intermediate to conversational
