Site Manager

As a Site Manager, we offer you the opportunity to provide independent consulting and operational management services for our customers in demanding and large-scale IT projects.

The responsibilities of the Site Manager will focus primarily on workplaces within the Czech Republic with the primary location at Mlada Boleslav, for which you will be responsible as a Site Officer. To ensure goals are met, a high willingness to travel within the Czech Republic is required.

Among other tasks, the following responsibilities are included:

 

Our focus areas include:

  • Disciplinary management of remote services/service desk

  • Responsibility for the location of service operations centers (SOC)

  • Digitalization and optimization of processes


Job Objectives

The objectives of this position are as follows:

  • Management of customer situations and contracts, including ensuring service delivery and compliance with agreed service levels for assigned customers

  • Disciplinary management and further development of employees

  • Implementation of service optimizations and improvements

  • Incident management within service delivery

  • Escalation management toward customers and involved service units

  • Collaboration, review, and redesign of existing service processes


Candidate Profile

This position requires technical qualifications, but also a certain level of professional experience and a specific working style or organizational and process management skills.

Professional Requirements:

  • Several years of proven leadership in the field of remote support and service desk

  • Several years of experience in personnel management

  • Several years of experience in remote support / service department management / ticketing systems

  • Several years of experience in adherence to SLAs

  • Several years of experience managing operational situations with demanding customers and contractual partners, e.g., in service management, contract management, project management, etc.

Personal Requirements:

  • A convincing personality in terms of disciplinary leadership of internal employees and professional guidance of external staff/departments/contacts

  • Very good knowledge of Czech, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level)

  • English at B2 level

  • German is an advantageous asset

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness, and presentation abilities

  • A proactive and structured working approach with assertiveness

  • Well-groomed appearance (business attire), confident demeanor with customers

  • Strong initiative and the ability to recognize and respond flexibly to complex situations

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and behavior

  • Ability to organize oneself and manage tasks and teams

  • Mobility (valid driver’s license – category B)

Required Certificates and Documentation:

  • Experience in subject-specific/technical team leadership

  • ITIL certification, at least version V3 (desirable)

  • Project management skills/methods (optional)
