- Speed and Efficiency: You can quickly respond to requests, diagnose errors, and prioritize tasks
- Basic IT Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of IT, including networks, operating systems, and hardware
- Passion for the IT World: Whether you're a seasoned professional (10+) or just starting out, your passion for the IT field and your commitment to continuous improvement are what matter most.
- Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and warmly with users, fluently speaking Czech, and having a good command of English.
- Personally, we particularly appreciate your empathy: You understand that behind every request is a person with their own needs.
- Driver’s License: You'll handle on-site requests with our customers in the Kvasiny, Mladá Boleslav, and Vrchlabí areas.
