IT Remote Specialist - L1 or L2 support (f/m/d)

• You take responsibility for providing IT support to major companies in the automotive industry, spanning Germany and the Czech Republic.

• You adeptly solve technical and administrative issues, ranging from accounts and licenses to applications, PCs/laptops, accessories, and networks.

• You engage in active communication with customers via Teams, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.

• You handle level 1.5 and level 2 tickets and actively participate in various infrastructure projects.

• You contribute to the implementation and optimization of service processes, demonstrating a proactive approach.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Advanced German language proficiency is essential, coupled with a genuine passion for IT, or prior experience in L1 or L2 support, with excellent oral and written communication skills in German.
• You would like to develop your career in IT - Experience in handling inbound tasks leading the customer to a successful problem resolution
• You aspire to advance your career in IT, possessing experience in managing inbound tasks to guide customers toward successful problem resolution.
